What data does this umbrella site collect?
- Server log files — when you visit, the server automatically records the IP address, date and time, the page requested, referrer, and browser/OS identifiers. This is used solely to operate the site securely and reliably and is not combined with other data or used to identify you.
- Contact by email — if you write to info@phronon.org, the details you provide are stored to handle your enquiry and are not passed on without your consent.
- Administrator credentials — for backoffice sign-in; the password is stored only as a salted hash, never in plain text.
This umbrella site does not collect questionnaire responses, demographic data, or participant emails — that processing happens inside the individual tools, each of which has its own privacy policy describing it.
Legal basis
Operating the site, keeping server logs for security, and answering enquiries rest on our legitimate interest in providing and securing the service — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
