# Phronon — classroom simulations for practical judgment

> Phronon is a suite of browser-based classroom simulations for teaching ethics, leadership, organizational design, inequality, and group decision-making. An educator creates a session and shares a code or link; students take part in the browser — no account, no install, no tracking. hosted in Germany, ad-free.

Phronon ("Practical wisdom for difficult decisions") is operated by Urs Mueller in Berlin, Germany. Each simulation runs on its own domain and can be used on its own. Every tool puts participants inside a real decision, then reflects their own reasoning back to them — built for university courses, executive education, and seminars.
